I learned about blogs last summer when I came across a few, now favourites. Some blogs have these great ideas that they have committed to each week, a few examples:

So – MOTIVATION MONDAY is what I’ve come up with. Each Monday I will post a picture or quote that I have come across and post it. They will consist of working out, being a parent, having a child(ren) and family.
For my first Motivation Monday I had a picture in mind but decided to change it to something else.
After a challenging weekend with my daughter I just wanted to say Thanks to my Mom. I love you and thanks for your help. You are simply the best.
