Motivation Monday #8

When I see someone running (especially when I am in my car) my first thought is “good for you buddy”.

My second thought is “I’m jealous your running and I’m not”.

  1. I feel the same way! I used to run a lot, especially when i was healthier. How do you recommend one start this pattern of running daily?

    • Start slow. Set a goal of running once a week, then bump it up to twice a week and keep going. But don’t forget those important rest days.
      Once you get into a routine it will be like second nature.
      Since I don’t get to run every day I do a DVD workout, that way I am not missing out on the workout and it will help make me stronger to run.
