Motivation Monday #13

I’ve got my motivators: my daughter, my husband, my family, my health and well-being.
I am a true believer that if you’re not going to make it a habit, then you’re not going to stick to it.
[And by “it” – I mean working out, exercise, fitness – whatever get’s you moving).
Go make “it” a habit, set goals, start small, make it a priority – even if it’s only for 10 minutes.
Do it for you – you’re worth it.
