Abs Workout (not for pregnant women)

I love working out my abs – not that I have amazing abs – especially since I am pregnant. BUT, if I wasn’t pregnant right now, I’d totally do this workout.

While checking out Pinterest, I came across this workout from Ready4Wedding Blog. Here’s the workout:

  1. I tried this the other day! It was pretty good, but I don’t think I’d rely solely on this as an entire workout – it’s over so fast! I did it after a 35 min bike ride – I found it is a good compliment to the cardio!

    • Good to know. Since I can’t try it right now, I’ll make a note of that when I am able to, however I have a feeling that when I do try it after the baby arrives it may be just enough for a while 🙂
