We’ve been all over the place the last two weeks eating good food and not taking many pictures! This is what I did manage to capture over the last week.
Breakfast: Pancakes with mint chocolate chips
(we may or may not have had this for dinner AND breakfast)
Lunch: Turkey breast, spinach on whole wheat, 5 Year Canadian cheddar, cherry tomatoes from the Market.
Snack: my favourite red grapes
Post Race Snack: Coconut Chocolate Chip CLIF bar!
