I packed my bag and I was ready to go.
The temperature called for 4 below.
I put on my gear and laced up my shoes.
Eager to get going, to warm up my toes.
Out into the cold to get my body moving.
My heart rate now pounding and lungs were a booming.
It felt great to be out and pounding the pavement.
Dam you Garmin you pushed me again.
Speeding up Β my pace before the next lap began.
Now only four more working hours until I can call it a day.Β
And then I’ll go pick up my little sweet babies, hurray!
~~~
Nothing like a lunch hour run.
So adorable haha!
thanks π
Love this — and makes me jealous we don’t have a lunch break that allows me to run during lunch!
Thanks π We get an hour for lunch which most days, I find to much. So, if I can get in a quick 20-30 minute run that saves me from working out at night and a little more time with my girls.
You’re too cute!
π
LOVE THIS! And I also love that it’s snowing on your blog!
The snow is so much fun! When I first started blogging it was an option for the month of Dec and I just never turned it off. Itβs fun!
Wow, 4 below?? That’s cold π
Well…it was calling for +4 (celcius) but I thought 4 below sounded better π
I feel like if I ran during a lunch break I would come back so gross haha. I would be all sweaty and red.
Oh I was sweaty and red…but managed to get cleaned up enough to work in the office for the afternoon.
