I’m pretty excited about this happening earlier today:
Yup, I managed to take off 2 minutes AND four seconds from my last 5k run (32:46). Like I said, I’m pretty happy about this. Looks like I might be able to reach my 5k goal after all!
Green Garmin your now in competition with “The Beast” (a.k.a. treadmill) now 🙂
Anyone run this weekend?
Who’s watching the Superbowl?
Who’s NOT watching it ?
🙂
That’s awesome! Congrats on a new PR!
Thanks!
Congrats! 🙂
Thanks!
WOW!! Nice!
I couldn’t believe it. When I hit 24 minutes at 4km, I thought I could break 30 minutes….but then I hit English Mt. Road – dear lord, why did I have to finish the 5k on that hill, I’ll never know. I then walked home after that…I was happy with my 5k.
Anna that is awesome. So happy for you. 2 minutes is amazing!
Thanks! I guess running multiple times on the treadmill is helping 🙂
That’s amazing! Good job!
Thanks!
congratulations!!!! that’s so much time, you’re so close to sub-30!
It is SO close. I saw at 4k I was at 24 minutes and my heart skipped a beat with the thought of a sub-30!
Well done! No running this weekend although I did go to the gym. The Superbowl is pretty much off my radar. Football is just a poor cousin of rugby…
Ha ha ha…that’s awesome -“poor cousin of rugby” I love it! I’m sure my husband would totally agree with that! Great job on hitting the gym!
Nice, way to go!
Thanks!
That’s great running! Well done! 🙂
It didn’t feel great at the time but I it did when I was finished 🙂 Thanks!
🙂 Well done! 😀
Thanks!
GAHHHHH so excited for you!!! 2 minutes is a LOT of time to take off!! You rock!
It IS a lot of time! I couldn’t believe it…I even had to connect my garmin to the computer to make sure it was accurate.
LOL you did AMAZING!
Always feels great to shave some time off. Congrats!
