Monday Motivation

It’s been a long time since I did a Motivation Monday post so I thought I’d start the week off with this one 🙂

For those of you who are starting your work week, hopefully you are feeling energized and refreshed from the weekend. For those who worked all weekend, I am hoping you find a little motivation and get re-energized.


Exercise, working out, fitness, hitting the gym, team sports, individual challenges – whatever “activity” or word you chose … my question to you today is WHY?
