Race season is upon us!

It’s sometimes hard to believe how many races take place within our own Province (Nova Scotia), in Canada and around the world. People like competitions and challenges, sweat and tears or the fun and the beers!

I wanted to wish my husband a BIG  Good Luck today and of course, so did our girls 🙂

He’s running 10k in a relay and possibly a (6k) paddle as well. [Red Island Relay]  Wish we were there to cheer you on and can’t wait to hear all about it!
