I can’t say I started off the weekend with a run because it was technically my lunch break on Friday but to be honest, it sure felt great! Nothing like ended your work week with a runch, wrapping things up for the week and then hitting the road home or to pick up your little ones.

Saturday we had swimming lessons and a birthday party. It was raining all morning long but the outdoor party was still on. We might have had too much fun puddle jumping and playing on some of the playground equipment 🙂

Then Sunday we had a play date with a friend from day care. Between hop scotch, chalk, playing in our neighbours back yard (watering her plants) and then a little soccer match, we were all tuckered out afterwards.

It was a really good weekend. The only thing that would have made it better would have been if my husband was home. He was away working 😦 However, we kept him in the loop with lots of pictures 🙂
