Happy belated Canada Day! When I was figure skating, my parents were amazing and drove me 2.5 hours a few times per week up to Sault Ste. Marie to train. During the summer we would live in dorms on the Michigan side and drive over every day all summer to train. I loved it because on the 1st I got to see fireworks and then again on the 4th. I thought I must be living in the coolest place ever!
