2017 Goals

With 2016 well behind us, I’m finally good with my goals for 2017. They are not too different yet something for me to work on over the next twelve months. I though about keeping it super simple compared to last year but I like making specific goals as well. You’ll see a little combo this year.

2017 Goals!

  1. All the best chasing down those goals this year. At this point mine are broad and need to be defined further. Fitness-wise I’m going to keep dabbling in swimming and triathlon, but it’s all taking a back seat when Berlin Marathon training starts.

  2. I’m focusing more on FUN than finish times this year (though those $%&# finish times will still be in the back of my mind). I”m also working on self-care…foam rolling (daily!) and yoga/stretching (daily as well). Good luck…let’s make 2017 great!
