Another month is ending and we get to ring in July starting with Canada Day! (At least for us Canadians).  I’ve shared Jodi Higgs 30 Day Abs Challenge and 30 Day Arms Challenge, so I thought I would share her next challenge.

For those looking for a different workout, I’ve recently come across this on Pinterest by

I like this one because you can do it once for 15 minutes, twice in 30 minutes or three times in 45 minutes (or so).

Let me know if you try it and like it in the comment section below. I may give it a go – an modify it for my #24 week preggo self 🙂

I’m a big fan of workouts that I can do at home, while our little one sleeps.

I might need to stop saying “little one” as she’s over 2 and the next is on the way 😉
